K-means Clustering Algorithm: how to check which centroid reaches a fixed point first?

Hi if anyone can help.
In K-means algorithm, how can I know which centroid reaches a fixpoint first? How to check in which run all reached a fixpoint? 
I can not find any information in Performance Result and Cluster Result

    Should I increase runs from 1 to ♾️?
