How can I work on polynomial data with Polynominal data. I hava classification data. It has. 3 different classification and there are like diseased, probably diseased and nothing. What can I do to work on neural network.

You can use RapidMiner standard Neural Network model to classify data with a polynomial label. However, you will have to convert all your nominal predictors to numbers, e.g. use Nominal to Numerical operator. Both the Neural Net and Nominal to Numerical operators have a built-in help, with tutorials. If you are game for Deep Learning, use a Deep Learning extension which can also use a polynomial label, but you will need to use Multiclass Entropy as your Loss Function.
