How to filter date when use read Database

please kindly help me , 

i use read database (my databse is teradata)
when i build query 


always come this error

    Hi @kurama,

    the query you're using doesn't seem to work in Teradata because of different date format settings.

    Basically, you need to find out which date format the database expects for the attribute you're querying, and pass your date in that format.
