Why when I click on 'Renew my license' I am sent to an Altair web site, with no help to renew?

I tried an old message to renew at
file:///C:/Users/Antonio%20Padua/Desktop/RapidMiner/License%20is%20expiring/030321%20%20Your%20RapidMiner%20license%20is%20about%20to%20expire.pdf
Tried 'You can renew your license at my.rapidminer.com'
And got this message, 'This site can't provide a secure connection'
