Due to recent updates, all users are required to create an Altair One account to login to the RapidMiner community. Click the Register button to create your account using the same email that you have previously used to login to the RapidMiner community. This will ensure that any previously created content will be synced to your Altair One account. Once you login, you will be asked to provide a username that identifies you to other Community users. I have version 9.10 installed on my MacBook Air and am still having the same issue.
I've attached a screen shot for your reference.
I've also noted the log message below:
Sep 14, 2024 8:36:37 AM SEVERE: Failed to initialize the Browser, HTML5 components might not be available!
Sep 14, 2024 8:36:38 AM SEVERE: Failed to create HTML5 browser!
PS : I am unable to attach screenshot becasue I'm unable to see the icon for attaching.
A few questions/things to try:
- have you tried the latest version v2024.1?
- please try deleting the folder here: %HOMEPATH%/.RapidMiner/internal cache
- also test starting in HTML5 safe mode (I've managed to copy and paste an image showing where to find it)
- could you also check no security tools on your laptop are blocking anything e.g. Chromium

I have tried but didn't work -
1. Show legacy simple charts - Uncheck/check (both)
2. Show legacy advanced charts - Uncheck/check (both)
3. HTML5 safe mode - Check
I have been stuck for a long time for the same. It's frustrating now.
