Process Flow Space Wrong Size on Open

I have noticed something strange in RM 5.003. Whenever I open a flow that is larger than the default flow window all the operators on the right edge are squished and overlap. You have to press "fit size to process" to get it to back to normal. It should fit size to process on opening, this did not happen in RM 5.0
