How to define custom operators?

Hello everyone,

I'd like to define some custom operators but I don't know where to start. I know how to program in Java to some extent if that should be necessary but I need some pointers into the right direction.

Any help would be appreciated!

    Hi,
I had to wait very long for this opportunity, but now it's the time to say "I can solve all your problems" and really mean it :)
We have a WhitePaper available in our shop that will guide you through the steps necessary to extend RapidMiner. For the small amount of 40 Euro you can save many days of work :) It's called "How to extend RapidMiner".
And of course we are also offering our professional services, including implementation of customer needs or assisting on an implementation.

    Greetings,
      Sebastian
