Does Rapidminer contain graph-based algorithms?

lbookmanlbookman Member Posts: 5 Contributor I
Hi
I trying to input a data file that only contains Jason objects and would like to do some machine learning with this data. Since one can think of a Jason object as a graph:
1) do there exist graph-based algorithms in Rapidminer?
2) how do I input a Jason object?

Thanks

Do you mean JSON data, @lbookman ?
You can read it as document. If the json is stored in mongoDB, you can use Read MongoDB operator from NoSQL extension.

As far as I know, the graph algorithms such as pageRank, Louvain modularity are not available in rapidminer or any extensions. But if your graph data can be converted to pairwised node-node relationship data frame, we can do lots of mining on that.
