Cannot connect to market place

I am trying to connect to the market place through the studio it is not letting me. It is providing a pop up saying that it cannot connect and to check my internet and proxy. All of those are stable. Any help?

    what happens if you ping marketplace.rapidminer.com on your shell/cmd?
