Import file - com.rapid.miner.operator.OperatorException

Hello,

I am having some difficulty with importing an event log file. 

I don't have any idea about this problem. Could someone help me? Maybe I am missing some packages?

    hello @heydmagnus welcome to the community. Unfortunately ProM is a 3rd party extension that has not been updated since 2016. I am not surprised at all to see bugs in it. Not much I can suggest besides going to their site and reporting bug: http://rapidprom.org

    They last updated it in December 2019, I haven't checked with RM 9.6 though it was running with a couple of versions back so should be fine. 
    Check which one you are using and contact them if you need help.
